3、Pollutant Disposal Fee：
⑴、No pollutant disposal fee is charged for pollutant disposal up to the standard. The pollutant disposal fee is charged differently for pollutant disposal exceeding the standard according to the specific index and amount exceeding the standard.
⑵、According to the content of the environmental evaluation on Foxconn project, the project, which mainly produces domestic sewage, will not be charged pollutant disposal fee when it meets the environmental protection standard after treatment.
